Location
The library of things can be found across many parts of
Birdencaster. These are one of many that break the One industry per Zone rule in
Birdencaster. Since all Zones have tools they need to rent out, cheaply. Saying this however there is a famous one in
3 4 which is know for stocking hammers for the
Redsmiths.
Purpose
The purpose of the library of things is to rent out tools to its members. They provide courses to their members on how to use the items
[1].
Membership
Membership is free, however, donations are welcome. It is when renting out items is when it costs. A member can take out five items maximum and can rent it for 3 days.
Late Fees
If a member is late, returning an item the fine is an eighth of the original renting price. If they lose an item or even break it, then the penalty is to replace the item and buy an item of choice that the library has on a list of items it wants.
Inventory
A Table of the typical items that this type of establishment has, along with the original cost, renting cost and fine, is below. It is the library’s members that donate items that they do not want anymore that the community can use further if they are up to acceptable standards.

Why Not Go To The Relevant Store For The Item?
The first most obvious reason is that the item will be at full price if bought from the relevant store the second is that the purchaser now owns the item that they want which may be for a short time after that now they have to store the item.
The Library of Things allows someone to rent an item for less than the item is at the store. Second, if you are a homeowner who only needs the item for a short while the Library of Things can help them out.
