Culture
The culture of the Free People is a diverse and complicated mixing pot of social and religious beliefs.
As a culture they are mostly "Modern" in their beliefs, though close to the walls of the settlements, both inside and out, there are tribal shanties and bazaar's that have more traditional lifestyles and trade to offer. The closer to the centre of a Free People City or Settlement, the more modern and technological the day to day living becomes.

Territories
The Free People territory is spread across the world, mostly in Europe but in other places as well.
They often share borders with both A.L.F and E.R.F forces, this can sometimes be difficult as they are essentially a buffer zone between the two superpowers, leading to accusations that spies from either side use the territory to pass between borders.
Military
The Free People, has an Army, the FPA which consists of weapons from both the E.R.F and A.L.F. However the FPA also possess magitech weapons, armour and vehicles. Combining the strengths of both in harmony, without the usual interference that magic and technology have on each other.
This makes the FPA a formidable force for either the E.R.F or A.L.F to contend with. If the FPA were to join one side or the other, it may swing the balance of power, however as the Free People wish to maintain the balance between factions, they control the tensions between the other factions.
Technological Level
The Technological prowess of the Free people is not as good as the E.R.F and other factions as they rely mostly on scrap and do not have as solid a supply line as the other factions, though some settlements or cities may break the trend. The same can be said of the Free People's access to magic, the supplies or energies just are not there for them to use and make full use of, this somewhat necessitated the creation of junk magic to bridge the gap.
Religion
From the humans that have joined this faction, who were not affiliated with the E.R.F, comes the connections of the past, such as Druidism, Christianity, Catholicism, Islam, Voodoo, Judaism and many more.
From the Amaranthean side of the Free People's Culture, they bring the gods of their world, such as Luten the God of War and Destruction, Mytris the Goddess of Order, Caotl the God of Death, Ylene Goddess of Law, Runa Goddess of the Stars, Libus God of Day and Night, Mateus God of Health and Wellbeing and Zokemis God of Love to name a few.
There are also some of the Faithful of the Church of the Newfound God who live within these settlements, sometimes as citizens who have a different interpretation on the Newfound God and do not wish to get involved in more bloodshed, other times they are the true faithful of the E.R.F living inside E.R.F compounds that the Free People have allowed the E.R.F to set up within their walls.
Foreign Relations
With regards to the other Factions and Nations of the world, see below the current relations:
- E.R.F - Is a Friendly if distanced partnership, this is often a trade only partnership, though they do share territory from time to time.
- The A.L.F - Is a bit more friendly than they infer to the E.R.F as they can get along somewhat better.
- The Exiles - Is a case by case basis overall, as they can sometimes work together, other times the Exiles can be greedy.
- The U.S.A.C - Is a relation that is not often exercised, however it has been friendly over the last few decades, something the E.R.F is not fond of.
- The UAEC - Is a relation that is often exercised and is of mutual trade benefit to both parties where resources and artefacts are concerned.
Agriculture & Industry
The Free People tend to have a good balance between the two.
In Terms of Agriculture:
The Free People have a heavy focus on home grown foods, these can consist of outdoor greenhouse domes for growing wheat and corn etc. Additionally old underground structures such as car parks are used to create magical biomes for things such as mushrooms, or even emulating large open grass lands for raising livestock of every type.
In Terms of Industry:
The Free People often play host to some of the E.R.F or Independent Corporations looking to build factories or R&D centres. They also have a heavy focus on scrap reclamation, usually this is taken from the deserts and other locales in the country in which they are based.
Trade & Transport
The Free people often make use of aircraft such as grav-vehicles and ocean vessels for transporting their goods from place to place, in some places they will also send out ground convoys that are suitably defended, thought this level of protection can vary depending on what the asset being transported is.
Education
Education in the Cities and Settlements of the Free People is standardised across all citizens, there are schools and education facilities in most every Settlement or City.
Infrastructure
The infrastructure of a City and most Settlements, though not all, are what we would expect from a modern society.
They have sewage networks, water works, gas systems, power grids, defensive walls with auto guns and soldiers patrolling.
They also have access to airports for AV's, Aircraft and shuttles.
There are roads and highways within these large cities and most settlements for easy travel. There are a range of transport options, from air cars, buses, taxis and more besides.

Major Exports
The Free People export magical items to the surrounding settlements or back to the Amarantheans. They also export food to the settlements in exchange for manpower or services rendered.
Major Imports
The Free People often import large amounts of Medical supplies which they cannot make themselves, vehicles, weapons and certain food stocks they do not have the capability of storing en masse.
Legislative Body
The Council writes and balances the governing laws with the assistance of the Mayor at times.
Judicial Body
The Council and their adjutants carry out the law in court, often one or more of the Council for a city may be present depending on the severity of the crime at hand.
Executive Body
The Police of any given city or settlement, sometimes this is a Sheriff based constabulary, are responsible for the day to day application and measure of the law.

The E.R.F will trade with the Free People's Settlements and cities for tech that has been lost to the ages, also some of the Corporations of the E.R.F deal with the Free People under the table for artefacts of Amaramthean and human origin.

For the most part, as long as they don't cause trouble, the Free People will trade with the Exiles.
