Special abilities
As a Kel'naris vampire, Ilyara is difficult to kill permanently. She has great strength and intelligence and can easily control the minds of the weak-willed. She can take the form of a bat or a cloud of mist when needed.
She is a skilled surgeon and psychologist as well as an adept hypnotist. She has honed her magical abilities in the disciplines of sanguimancy, mysticism and umbra vitae.

Skill over Luck - You are so focused that during the turn you use this ability, when making a healing roll with a medkit or med-canister, any rolls of 1 become 2 instead. 1 AP to use. 1 turn cooldown.
Open the Wounds - For 2 turns while this is active, any creature affected by Blood Loss by 50 feet has disadvantage on rolls to not bleed out.
Arcane Defence - 1 AP cost. Reduces magical damage to myself and allies within 15 feet by my Willpower modifier for 1 round. 2 turn cooldown.
