F.A.T.E.D

Mortals are, by nature, experimentalists. Sooner or later, they delve into forbidden realms of research. One of these forbidden researches is Immortality. If a mortal being ever achieved Immortality, they are classified as F.A.T.E.D, an acronym for 'Forever Against the Embrace of Death.' Whether this immortality came to them via science, magic or sacrificial ritual, so long as the person achieved it deliberately they are called F.A.T.E.D. Unironically, a Fate far worse than death remains for the F.A.T.E.D. The minute they are classified as such, they also call about the wrath of Thanatos, The god of death.
Thanatos, the god of death, has but one job. To ensure the The Cycle Of Life remains as is. He is by no means A malevolent god, but neither is he a kind god. That said, there are those that he despises very much. Anyone who denies the gift of death is a heretic to the cycle of life. The minute he detects the presence of these beings in a world, he dispatches his angels, nicknamed The Grim Reaper. These Grim Reaper's sole objective is to collect the souls of they who refuse the embrace of death. No matter how strong the Death Deniers are, they are unable to fight against the Angels, as the Latter possess the ability to fear any Immortal with the title 'F.A.T.E.D'.
What happens to the souls of the damned is not something mortals can ever comprehend, but speculations have been derived from those who were unfortunate to have met the Harbingers of Death. It is often said that the Angels, when departing from the realm, dive into a world filled with screams of terror, smells of the rotten dead and a deep and harrowing sense of despair from the depths of that world. Perhaps that is where the Eternal Damnation is given to they who wished to go against the natural order. We may never know what happens to these souls after they depart from this realm. Perhaps all this is but a Speculation, yet we have no way of knowing
