The Fade - Spooktober 2023

The Fade, also called the Dream World, is the domain of the god Acarion of the Saranic Pantheon. It is thought that people go to the Fade when they dream, and that dreams are just memories of their time in the mystical realm.
It is also believed that the Fade is home to spiritual beings known as Acariates, whose role is to bless or curse people based on their actions in the waking world. Good people are supposedly rewarded with blessings that make their wildest dreams come true, while those who sin are cursed to have their worst nightmares plague them for the rest of their lives.
