The Bledan represent the Humans of the Protectorate of Bleda, with most of their people living in or immediately about the city itself. Facing a harsh enviornment and subsitance based lifestyle the men of Bleda have a close connection to their communities, and man still identify with the nations which founded Bleda centuries prior.

The governing state of the Bledan, representing all the men of Whitehelm. The Protectorate of Bleda is ruled by the Prince, and maintains the military and guard which keep the people of Whitehelm safe.
Snow Guard
The Snow Guard represent the city and town guards of the Protectorate of Bleda, organized into a single order and considered a detachment of the military of Bleda. While the majority of their personnel is concentrated in Bleda propper, each Bledan settelment maintains a small garrison.
The White Company
A new and volunteer martial order under the leadership of Beljr Kvyn, the White Company is a small group which wished to assist Athera and Pelliny in their war against the Raider States.
