Ancient Species | Древние Виды
This family is known for having a significant impact on the region that is now called the Cradle of Civilization. Three "ancient" races - Yah'Awi, Seyt'Awi and the Sea Fokl - dominated the history of Eurasia and Africa since the dawn of time, up until the ascention of the Roman Empire.

Yah'Awi are sometimes refered to as an "angelic" race of humanoids from the Ancient East. They're often associated with the Semitic peoples, in particular - with the Jews. The Yah'Awi and their "brothers" Seyt'Awi are descended from the same species that lived in the area of the ancient city of Jericho until their society was forced to integrate with humans. For many years, various beliefs were formed around the Yah'Awi, which they supported. Later these beliefs have resulted in a monotheistic religion of worshiping the almighty god Yahweh. Despite the power of their deity, during the Bronze Age, a considerable part of these Inhumans, along with many Semites, were captured and resettled to Egypt. This, however, at some point provoked divine wars there, which the supporters of monotheism lost and were enslaved. This, in turn, ultimately led to the Great Exodus of the faithful Yah'Awi and Semites back to the Promised Land. After the Catastrophe of the Bronze Age, the Yah'Awi began to lose their influence, and in one of the new states - Phoenicia - they shared power with their kindred Sea Peoples. Nevertheless, the "angelic" Inhumans were strongly revered by the Semitic peoples, and temples were erected to honor them and their deity. Unfortunately, it all ended tragically: Israel began to experience conquest after conquest. First, the Seyt'Awi of Assyria built their Dark Empire on bones and sacrifices, subjugating the entire Eastern Mediterranean. When they were eventually overthrown, the Yah'Awi began to serve the human Light Empire, also known as Persian Empire. Later, the region was conquered by Alexander the Great, and then, after a short period of independence, the Romans came. The latter had little patience with Inhumans and systematically destroyed them. As a result, when the remnants of the Yah'Awi began to resist and staged a major uprising, Emperor Hadrian arrived in the region and responded with a full-fledged genocide. The period of the Jewish diaspora began, and with it, the Yah'Awi diaspora. Nowadays, only a few representatives of this race remain, and they can be found mainly in some synagogues.

Несмотря на мощь своего божества, на протяжение Бронзового Века немалая часть этих нелюдей вместе со многими семитами была пленена и переселена в Египет. Это, впрочем, в какой-то момент спровоцировало там божественные войны, которые сторонники монотеизма проиграли, и были порабощены. Это, в свою очередь, в итоге привело к Великому Исходу окрепших верой ияхави и семитов обратно в Землю Обетованную. После Катастрофы Бронзового Века ияхави начали терять влияние, а в одном из новых государств - Финикии - они делились властью с родственными им Народами Моря. Тем не менее, "ангельские" нелюди сильно почитались семитскими народами, храмы возводились в их честьи в честь их божества. К сожалению, закончилось всё это трагично: Израиль начал переживать завоевание за завоеванием. Seyt'Awi, unlike their "angelic" brothers, are considered to be a devilish race, for the many horrors that they have perpetrated in history. Originated from the same places around Jericho, the Seyt'Awi fled into the desert, where they faced a choice: either they would develop their magic abilities or they would starve to death. Their magical abilities allowed them to achieve incredible results in Mesopotamia. However, over time, as the lust for power of the Seyt'Awi sorcerers grew stronger, they began to feel more and more impunity. Fearing that their magic would be weakened by the Decay, they stopped hiding behind thrones and began to strive to control the masses themselves. This is how the Dark Empire was born. With the help of necromancy and sacrifices necessary for a more powerful, disappearing witchcraft, the Seyt'Awi began to conquer the neighboring lands under the flag of their new kingdom - Assyria. This harmed not only the people living in and around Mesopotamia, but also the land itself: desertification accelerated, floods became more frequent, the harvests worsened. Eventually, the Dark Empire was overthrown with the help of external forces - the Zoroastrians from the east. Assyria was replaced by Persia. The Dark Empire was replaced by the Light one, much more tolerant of other religions and customs. The Seyt'Awi were forced to flee in disgrace back to the desert, where they had went into hiding for a millennium. This helped them escape from the wrath of the Romans, who hated Inhumans, but their reputation never recovered: it is because of the Dark Empire that there is a fear of creatures with horns, red, orange and brick skin tones, and trident tails. Nevertheless, the Seyt'Awi found new life in the Islamic states of the Middle Ages, bestowing their magic on the human caliphs and sultans, but there they were servants and not rulers. These Inhumans are more numerous today than the Yah'Awi.

Это навредило не только живущим в Междуречье и вокруг него людям, но и самой земле: опустынивание ускорилось, потопы происходили чаще, урожай становился всё хуже и хуже. В итоге, Тёмную Империю свергли при помощи внешних сил - зороастрийцев с востока. Ассирию сменила Персия. Тёмную империю сменила Светлая, намного более толерантная к иным вероисповеданиям и обычаям. Шейтави же были вынуждены бежать с позором обратно в пустыню, где они прятались в течение тысячелетия. Это помогло им спастись от гнева римлян, ненавидевших нелюдей, но репутацию их не отмыло: именно из-за Тёмной империи и существует страх перед существами с рогами, красными, оранжевыми и кирпичными оттенками кожи, с хвостами-трезубцами. Тем не менее, шейтави обрели новую жизнь в исламских государствах средневековья, даруя свою магию людским халифам и султанам, но уже служа, а не управляя. Этот вид нелюдей сегодня более многочисленнен, чем ияхави.
Created by the Seyt'Awi, golems performed all kinds of tasks from harvesting to protecting their hometowns. Sometimes golems even formed walls with their bodies to save settlements from nomadic raids. They were especially numerous during the time of the Sumero-Akkadian civilization. By the time the Dark Empire fell, the secret of creating golems had already been already lost, and many idols were smashed using heavy hammers with the tips made of metal which they themselves mined. The few that had remained in the world since were forgotten deep underground by their masters and continued to carry out their orders for millennia.
Созданные шейтави, големы выполняли множество различных задач от сбора урожая до защиты родных городов. Иногда големы своими телами даже формировали стены, чтобы спасти поселения от набегов кочевников. Они были особенно многочисленны во вреена Шуммеро-Аккадской цивилизации. Во времена падения Тёмной Империи секрет создания големов уже был потерян, а многие истуканы были разбиты тяжёлыми молотками с наконечниками из металлов, которые они сами и добывали. С тех пор в мире остались лишь те, что были забыты глубоко под землёй своими хозяевами и продолжали делать то, что им приказали на протяжении тысячелетий.
Sea Peoples
Народы Моря
The Sea Peoples are a race of amphibious humanoid creatures. They have gills, their fingers become overgrown with membranes when in water, but they prefer to live on the surface, either on the seashore or on islands. In all likelihood, the Sea Peoples were related to the Seyt'Awi and Yah'Awi, but at some point evolution separated them. For a long time they lived on their own without mixing with people, but a series of cataclysms at the end of the Bronze Age forced them to migrate, which resulted in the destruction of many coastal cities. This species can be found everywhere in this historical period: the Sea Peoples became the Vikings of the Bronze Age. After the end of the dark times, they, together with the Yah'Awi, led Phoenicia and its colonial ventures. The city of Carthage eventually became their new capital, where they led civilization without any help - until they crossed paths with the Romans. The latter retaliated by destroying the African city and poisoning the coastline, making dangerous for the Sea Peoples to be even near it. Over time, their numbers dwindled, they succumbed to an unknown disease, and by the beginning of the Middle Ages, all mentions of them ceased. Considered an extinct species.
Народы Моря - это раса амфибиозных человекоподобных существ. У них есть жабры, в воде их пальцы обрастают перепонками, но жить они предпочитают на поверхности, либо на берегу моря, либо на островах. По всей вероятности, Народы Моря были родственны шейтави и ияхави, но в какой-то момент эволюция их разделила. Долгое время этот вид жил сам по себе, не перемешиваясь с людьми, но серия катаклизмов в конце Бронзового Века вынудила их переселяться, что вылилось в уничтожение многих прибрежных городов. Данный вид можно встретить везде в данный исторический период: Народы Моря стали викингами Бронзового Века. После окончания тёмных времён, они вместе с ияхави возглавили Финикию и её колониальные авантюры. Город Карфаген со временем стал их новой столицей, где они уже безо всяких помощников руководили цивилизацией, пока не перешли дорогу римлянам. В отместку последние, разрушив африканский город, отравили прибрежье так, что Народам Моря было опасно находиться даже рядом с ним. Со временем представителей этого вида стало всё меньше и меньше, их начала одолевать некая болезнь, и к началу Средневековья они перестали где-либо упоминаться. Считаются вымершим видом.
