Physical Description
General Physical Condition
Has slowly been turning to look more like Darrel, physically fit and muscular. Of the highest health one could be.
Body Features
A muscular man at the tip top of masculine shape. he is covered in darkish chromatic scales that are the whole range of chromatic dragon types. He doesn't have a tail and has 1 and a half dragon horns as 1 of his horns was partially cut of in a battle with a Sea King.
Special abilities
Anyone he deems an enemy (if they want to attack), must target him and if they try to attack another individual they must make a DC 25 CHR save or take 4d8 magical blugeoning damage(as Darrel bashes them with his shield from another plane) and miss the attack.
While allies are within 60ft. of him they gain advantage on all saves and gain the Evasion trait.
Apparel & Accessories
There are two way's you can find him, in special crafted plate amour made by "The Envoy Of Machines" or in simple formal wear(A suit and a multicolor bowtie). You are most likely to see him in his plate armour.
Specialized Equipment
His armour is retracable on a press of a button, It is also very enchanted(+5 AC and 9 additional effects) and covered in runes (with Arcana check DC 20 there are: Vigor, Wrath, Death, and Time). He uses a runed longsword(+5 to hit and 5 extra effects, arcana DC 20 there are: Destruction, Brutality, and Speed) and shield(+3 AC and 3 extra effects) both very enchanted.

Personal history
I fought a number of wars, I was a soldier for years and decided that I was going to be the greatest protector of my people. I held the line alone against an army of 500 well armed and some influenced by Devil Fruits. I had a tingle in my mind after that, telling me to travel into the nearby forest. One of the people in the town told me, that a great beast was found recently there and that is what might be calling me there. I took his word for it and went into the forest, after walking through the forest I reached a clearing and then I passed out. I woke up in a blank room with a dragon like man with a crown of more dragons on his head. He asked me if I had ever heard of Tiamat, I said "no, no creature by that name exsist that I know of."
He snorted as if angry at someone, and went on to say that I was good at doing his job, but I would be so much better with his blessing. I told him to prove it... before I even finished the sentence, he displayed the most terrifiying presence I'd ever felt. He proved his point so I accepted his blessing. He said that if I didn't make a cult based off him or this Tiamat that he would remove all the power he gave me. When I came back to, there was a giant beast in front of me trying to bite me but It kept missing me somehow. I stood up and slayed the beast in one hit, that would have taken me 5 minutes to kill before.
Education
I went to multiple schools of battle, where I learned to be the best fighter in the world. I payed all my debts despite having no scholarships. And then joined the military and gained more combat experience
Employment
I worked for the World Government as an upper admiral of the Eastern Sea. before deciding to go protect towns. Technically I was never fired and never resigned from the Marines.
