The Ring of Fate

The Ring of fate Is, as the name implies, is a ring that controls the strands of fate.
This ring will give an attuned bearer the ability to put right what once went wrong in their lives, BUT, after 3 uses can take a tole on the user
This Ring grants 3 rerolls of the dice ( Note: you cant re roll a reroll ) and can be recharged every 7 days by doing one of the following:

1. Sacrificing half of you spell slots (minimum 3) effect lasts D3 days
2. Reduce you base health by half D3 Days
3. Roll the fate dice:

Roll	Effect
1	The Ring Implodes, the strands of fate escape, and you and anyone within 15 feet are at disadvantage for 7 days. (a reroll can not be used to change this)
2	Nothing happens
3-5	The ring recharges as normal.
6	Fate smiles upon you. the Ring recharges for 6 uses and everyone within 15 feet is at advantage for 7 days.
