DayBreaker (Lakhbreakrumm)

"Daybreaker" or Lakhbreakrumm was the named axe belonging to a Dwarven warrior called Frandier the Gold, know for his golden hair and beard. 
The double-headed axe does 1D12 damage and provides +1 to attack rolls, +1 to damage rolls. It is though a Runic weapon with power embued in it by master Weaponsmiths.
Each dawn the attuned user may make a request of the weapon and choose one of the following benefits:

1. Prefered enemy - Choose an enemy type and always gain an advantage when attacking that type of foe; damage is increased by 1D6 on that enemy type, 2D6 if the request was made in the light of the daystar.
   
2. Radiant light - The Axe emits a bright light up to 60ft and dim light up to another 30ft when in darkness. All damage caused by the axe becomes Radiant and is counted as magic damage.
   
3. Daybreaker - You gain both of the above but on the roll of a 1 (on a D6) all benefits are lost, Including +1 to attack and damage.
