Werwolf

There is one way to die in Eisen and return to life, but it is not a life that anyone wishes. Rumors of humans who turn into massive furred and clawed beasts at the height of the full moon have been around for centuries. While some wild storytellers spin tales of a Werwolf relenting to his human side when close to his near and dear, no one has ever seen proof of such actions. Everyone in Eisen, however, knows someone who witnessed one of these beasts on a full moon. This makes travel severely limited when the moon is full; a person needing to take a journey on such evenings often hires a highly skilled hunter to guard her for the perilous trip.
