Ghasul

Ghasul is a slum within The Holy City of Qadena. The slum is infamous for its thievery and cheaters, often using religion to get their way with tourists or locals. The general population consists of bandits and slaves.  
How can you not pity your own brothers and sisters of religion, passing by without a glance or spare us some riels?! Have you not learn from our beloved goddess, Lunaya, who was so kind to grant you with fortune to share with us?! How selfish can you be?!

Industry & Trade

The basic goods they could procure are date fruits and fish. Some Ghasulans would take it upon themselves to sell an honest work at their makeshift stalls or markets, however, they would still get cheated by self-proclaimed preachers who guilt trips them with religion. As such, they would lost profit rather than making them. Due to the notoriety of this behavior, the city refused to pay attention to them.

Guilds and Factions

There are rumors of thieves' guilds in the slum that helps the people to steal, sabotage and pickpocket from locals and tourists who decided to visit Ghasul. Hard to track down these guilds as they are believed to be operating underground, away from public eye and possibly from detection completely. However, they are famous enough to attract new recruits for the guild.

Architecture

Most of the buildings are built with sandstone, capable to withstand any storms or earthquakes. Their doors and windows made from palm wood.

Geography

Being a part of Qadena, the geography of the slum in on plain sand with some hills. Only a couple of palm trees can be seen near the edge of the sea, and some docks for fishermen.
