Cassava high
An alcoholic drik made of fermeted casava mixed with water and sometimes other grains.
it is very popular in Low Town, where it is fermented in a variety of ways
This drink on in simplest form is normally made cassava leftovers or that is not consider good enough for other uses.
The cassava once boiled, is minced and mixed with water and spite, normally provided by those making the drink. this mixture is left in a dark corner and left to ferment for some months. In this incarnation. It creates a pretty strong drink, but it doesn't have a lot of flavour, other than alcohol, as the cassava has a pretty mild flavour to beggin with. But since it is the easiest to produce due to the massive amount of cassava produced in Low Town farms, it is the most produced and consumed.
Other grains and fruits can be added to the mix, but the autorization required to use them for this is not easy to get, unless at least some high level indebtures workers are involved on it. So it is more common, that any aditional ingridients are those who are the easiest to disapear, those in season, which are being moved in high volume.
