Silver Marches
The Silver Marches is a collection of many settlements similar to the Lords Alliance, but is actually an organized government, but is also a losse confederation. As such the Silver Marches have their own internal issues, but serve to protect the interior of the northern frontier of the Sword Coast. it is in a unique position to fuel further colonization effort, but its internal issue prevent them from uniting into a powerful state.
