Neverwinter
Neverwinter, also known as the City of Skilled Hands and the Jewel of the North, was a multi-racial city-state sitting on the northwestern Sword Coast of Faerûn.[17] Neverwinter was regarded by Volo as the most cosmopolitan and the most civilized city in all of Faerûn. The city was a member in good standing of the Lords' Alliance.[14]

These two power relations appear to be improving with dwarves influence and wealth being more prevalent in the city and in the upper tiers of the cities elite.

Despite their alliance and membership in the Lords Alliance, both have conflicting feelings. The Current Ruler of Neverwinter past has ruined relations between the two as he wants his title and position back.
