Evermeet
The Isle of Evermeet stands as a bridge between the Fey and the Material plane. Its potential lands encompass a world on its own and the Isle stands as the capital in the Material plane. From here they spread their influence across the world and beyond in a vast empire across dimensions and the stars. Evermeets terrain consists mostly of vast Forrests and natural environments and is supposed to be a perfect example of harmonious living with nature. Despite this picture, the Island holds many cities and is the seat of power for the Elven King.
The return of the Kingdom to Toril has resulted in an increase in the presence of the Elven fleet across the seas. They have begun to take increased anti-piracy measures. These often being the complete annihilation of pirate vessels and limited actions against known pirate ports and locations where they reside.
This has led to a low-scale conflict against the northern raiders and action in the Moonshae Isles. The target of their actions in the Moonshae has largely been against the dwarves of the Isles, seeking to expel or remove them to make room for elven settlers and the creation of a new elven realm. This has led to increased tensions between elves and dwarves across Faerun, as dwarven refugees arrive angry at elves and vowing revenge.
Elves on the other hand have experienced an increase in prestige since reconnection to the Feywilds, and have gained more acceptance amongst the people of Faerun. Their attempts to restore Lost Elven kingdoms of old have been greeted with joy and excitement as many of the lands have laid in ruin or isolation since the creation of Evermeet. The First efforts of restoration are aimed at the Sword coast region for its sparse population and many elven realms of old.
The Return of Elves to Faerun has also increased tension amongst other nations who see this restoration as a threat to their position and seek to expand and assure their power and dominance. Another example of how in the time since the end of the spell plague the quiet peace across the land is soon to explode into a time of conflict and unrest as nations, peoples, and adventurers seek to claim their slice of power in a world ripe for the taking.
The Elves' opinions on other races vary, some of the youth around 200 years and younger are disgusted by other races, dwarves, in particular, seeing them as imbeciles and an insult to their very presence. The Older generation has adopted a superiority complex, but still acknowledges and tolerates other races, but the youth have a fierce fire for conflict and desire to show elven supremacy.
King of Evermeet and the Royal Council
Prior to the disappearance of Evermeet during the spell plague, the Island Empire was ruled by the Royal council since the death of the previous queen Amlaruil Moonflower until a suitable heir could be found, now he has arrived. Aquilan Dawnstar, the New King had guided his people through their time in the Feywild and reconnected their people to the realm. He now plans in the Prime realm to restore the elven realms of old across the lands of Toril. The ancient forests and cities should be restored and reclaimed. A New Age of the Elves is to begin, all races shale bow before the Elves like in the Ethereum, their power and reach shall be unquestionable and any resistance meets with a quick rebuttal.
Aquilan Dawnstar has overseen the reconnection of Evermeet to the Feywild and Asserted his right to rule over the Feywild, (in an official capacity). Now with an empire of another realm and the Stars, he seeks to subdue the Prime Toril to his will and begin an age of Elven supremacy and the subjugation of all other races, most particular the purge of the filthy Drow, who insult the elves. Despite the irony of beliefs, and how the drow originally sought to subjugate the other races but grew corrupt, Aquilan seeks to how supremacy through the restoration of the Elven realms of old. To make the Prime world more like the Fey, and by effect fore open to elven ways of life and supremacy.
Type
Geopolitical, Empire
Neutral
The Recent arrival of the Empire of Evermeet has put it in unique position to greatly improve relations and possibly create an alliance or an enemy.
Peace, Cold War
Both parties despite their size in the material plane appear to be begging a rivalry in influnce over Faerun. This will cause their relations to fluxuate as they come into direct competition for influence and the prospect for all out war slowly becomes a possibility. This combined with an ancient dispute between elves and dwarves could mean the begging of a great struggle.
Cold War
Unbeknownst to Evermeet the Khazadkar's existence is unknown. its recent colonization of the Coastline of the yehimals is to far to care despite its importance and the Cold War between Evermeet and Khazadit is actually between these two Empires
