  Ducal Castle
An ornate, four story castle with tapestries and paintings hung on every wall telling the story of the Dragonspear, Ducal, and Daggerford families. Home to Duchess Morwen Daggerford and her new husband.   Guildmasters’ Hall
A four story structure of stone with a wooden sign of a variety of tools on the front. Offices and meeting space for the various guild leaders. Receptionist is Sam, a simple, but helpful gnome. Friendly unless you reference his height or overlook his authority. The council run the daily affairs of Daggerford. Imitating the masked Lords of Waterdeep in representing different interests of the city, but not anonymously. Each member serves five year terms, elected by guild members on the first day of Spring.   Jail & Constables Office
An aging, but still intact stone building with only a handful of cells and two offices for the jailer and constable. Here Jekk Ironfist and Sherlan Miller see to the day to day operations of maintaining the peace within the city.   Town Guard Barracks
A simple stone structure full of armories, bunking chambers, and training facilities. Led by Head of Militia, Llewellyn Longhand.      

Temples & Shrines

  Morningglow Tower, Temple to Lathander
A shining cathedral made of bright metal so it is radiant in the light. Stained glass depicting Lathander’s legendary history. Currently overseen by Luc Sunbright.   The Harvest House
A wooden temple of Chauntea. Unassuming from the outside, but decorated with beautiful wooden sculptures and vaulted ceiling of interwoven tree branches that reflect the current season. Led by Lady Priestess Merovyna together with fourteen priests and thirty laborers. The temple raises funds by offering handcrafted cornucopias by donation made on site by the priests.   The Table of the Sword, Shrine to Tempus
Led by Baergon Bluesword, a strict warrior from Waterdeep who came to Daggerford in the 1370s to overthrow the evil Duke Dragonspear. Seeing a large community of adventurers and fighters, he established the shrine.   Fairfortune Hall
A wooden one-story shrine of Tymora in Daggerford with a fountain full of silver coins. Silver coin with Tymora's face surrounded by shamrocks is their symbol.  

Taverns & Inns

  Happy Cow Tavern
A one story simple wooden structure. Koggin Hardcheese is a nervous, fast-talking halfing who seems in over his head.   River Shining Tavern
A large wooden structure with massive columns. Though aging, the structure remained solid. Most of the clientele of the tavern has plenty of coin to spend. Patrons include visiting nobles, wealthy merchants, and local notables such as Darfin and Lady Belinda Anteos of the Sword Coast Trader’s Bank. Splendid rooms are available on its second floor, including three very expensive suites. Run by Dellion Delimbyr and frequented by members of the Black Network.   Silver Flood Inn
A simple two story wooden structure with dirt floors. Decades ago, the Silver Flood Inn served as a popular evening respite full of dancing and merriment beloved by locals, but it now serves mostly visitors looking to keep a low profile after a murder occurred in one of the upstairs bed chambers. Rumors of the victim's ghost haunting the tavern linger despite the owner's incessant denials of any supernatural experiences. Rooms cost 5cp per room per night.   Lady Luck Tavern
A two story stone structure with a silver coin of a woman surrounded by shamrocks sign above the door. Faces the opposite direction of Tymora’s religious symbol. Gamlbing welcomed inside. Run and operated by Owenden.   Rivermen’s Circle
Meeting space for the fishermen and other ship crews in town. Reeks of fish and saltwater, but the patrons embrace it. Rowdy songs can often be heard from within. Accept outsiders, but not overly friendly, unless absolutely drunk. Ovlo is the friendly and ex-sailor bartender.   Farmer’s Society
A two story stone structure. A meeting space, drinking hall, and sleeping quarters for farmers bringing goods into town. Recently a solemn place where those who have suffered giant raids drink and commiserate.    

Stores & Other Businesses

  Cromach’s Smithy
A simple stone structure with a furnace in the back. Cromach, who was an apprentice to Derval, started his own storefront. Offers discounts, knowing the work is not precisely up to par. Offers only simple weapons and tools, but they are considerably more affordable than his previous instructor's wares.   The Clean Chin
A simple stone structure with a wooden sign with a straight razor symbol on it. Run by Garik Honestone, a hill dwarf. Holds a growing reputation as the best barber shop this side of the Deliymbyr.   Jerdan’s Smithy
A stone structure with smoke constantly rising day and night from the workshop in the back. Started by Oleg, though Jerdan is the storefront and face of the organization so that people don’t judge the product by the face of a half-orc. The shop offers a variety of armor of suitable quality at affordable rates. Sell quality weapons for discount to keep customers happy and not asking questions.   Gublin’s Cloth & Cordage
A wooden structure with a variety of mannequins wearing simple, functional outfits in smudy windows. Gublin, a near-blind older man who has a keen memory runs a simple, but popular no frills clothing store with a variety of materials and color dyes available. Simple man with a subtle streak of vanity. Looks down upon half-breeds, but his eyes don’t often know the difference at his age.   The Decorated Man
A one story stone structure with large windows displaying mannequins wearing the latest fashion of Waterdeep. Custom tailoring done with exquisite taste, but a fine price too. Most believe his company does not make his full account and the rest of his income may come from working with a secret organization or even hosting a portal and charging for travel. Operated by Torleth Mindulspeer.   Korbus’ Jewelry and Fine Ornaments
A two story stone structure with large gem shaped windows. An expert jeweler, Korbus could easily have found work at the higher-class venue of Waterdeep but prefers the life that can only be found in a small town. He is also an expert at identifying all gems, magical or otherwise.   Sword Coast Traders’ Bank and Vaults
A three story stone structure owned by Lady Belinda Anteos. Guarded by Zhentarim day and night. Day to day operations are run by Tholivan Wentworth, an ornately dressed gnome. Charge 5s per day, or 10g per month.   Sullerton Shipbuilders
A wooden three story warehouse where many ships are built. Dekoran Sullerton is the primary point of contact for anyone interested in having a vessel crafted.   Miller’s Dry Goods
Hestrain Miller, stout and cheery human runs the family business. Helped by wife Kalara and children Rhen and Rory.   Trade of the Tools
A simple wooden storefront run by Preston Harshfist. Offer tools and other simple equipment for fair prices.   Derval's Bright Blade
Iron sign with two crossed silverblades hangs over the door of the large stone single story shop. Of the smithies in town, Derval's is the best and largest.    

Residences

  Sir Isteval’s Residence
An old two story stone structure with steps worn smooth. One of the nicest in the city besides Delfen’s tower and Ducal Keep. Sir Isteval’s armor of dragon scale and dragon spear hang reverently in his foyer, gathering dust. Formal paintings of him and other Knights of Holy Judgement with whom he served also adorn the walls.   Delfen’s Tower
A strange mix of grey, blue, and green stones in a round tower three story tower, home to the estranged and history wizard Delfan Ondabarl.   Darrondar Gweth’s Residence
A simple wooden structure that faintly smells of fish. Home of the Guildmaster of Rivermen. Holds meetings in his home when it’s too noisy at the Rivermen’s Circle.   Ironeater Residence
The ornate stone home of Derval Ironeater. The only hints of his lineage are held within these walls, depicted in masterful stone carvings and chiseled metal plates.   Kelson Darktreader’s House
Simple wooden structure with only a bed and table with one chair.   Filarion’s Residence
A simple stone structure for the Master-at-Arms. Furnished, messy, rarely used beyond sleep and the occasional meal.   Darfin Floshin’s Residence
Three-story stone tower with small windows scattered throughout to let in natural light at any time of day.    

Miscellaneous

  Caravan Gate
Simple stone gate with two large wooden doors. The gate leading to the West where most caravans park in half circles or enter the city to go to the Marketplace. Guarded by a pair of city guards, with others walking the walls with crossbows. Hector usually checks the caravans for anything suspicious, but is easily convinced there’s nothing to fear.   Cisterns
Massive stone water cisterns with rusty copper bars installed over the top to prevent falling in. Implemented after a string of Zhent agents were found at the bottom of them in the early 1400s. One even has a faint scrawl scratched into the stone reading, “Here lies Brolneer, backstabbing Zhent filth”   Farmers’ Gate
  Dock Gate
A wide and frequently active gate with an iron portcullis operated by a level in the gatehouse. The guards operating this entry into the city are often charged with ensuring proper paperwork is filed for all boats docking in Daggerford, though it is commonly known bureaucratic concerns can be overlooked for a modest contribution to the barrack's maintenance budget.   Watermens’ Circle
A simple wooden storage facility and warehouse. Constant workers bringing goods on and off of ships, moving them to the proper shops and storage areas.   Stables
Simple wooden structure with two dozen stalls. Run by Nicomantis, considered eccentric, but an excellent caretakers of animals.   The Old Playhouse
Opened by a self-ascribed playwright named Samous in the mid-to-late 1300s, The Grand Playhouse is one of the largest buildings in the city after Ducal Castle, the temples, and the guildhall. Samous' goal was to bring fine art from Waterdeep to Daggerford and inhance the city's cultural perception. The citizenry took little interest in his efforts and the Grand Playhouse closed its doors within a few years.   Wall Towers
Stone towers along the wall, overflowing with guards, trained by Filarion Filvendorson, Master-of-arms.   New Market Hall Construction
An indoor market being built to facilitate the caravan’s that are parked outside. Being built by an extension of Emilia’s workers for the Lord’s Alliance.
