Faeda

The Feeding

Faeda is a form of life magic practiced usually by Elves and Gnomes, although Dwarves have practiced it in more recent times, possibly having learned it from their Dark Elf enemies. It refers to feeding or creating life.

Preparation

Faeda is performed by severing part of ones body or soul, physically or ethereally, and giving it into something to create or nourish life. One must have most of their body or soul available in order to sever it. Additionally one must be trained in the unique ways of Magic in order to properly donate their life into something. And finally one must have something to receive the life, whether that's a snowflake or a rat.
