You can become a trophy wife or a husband, when you marry a really rich spouse who will spoil you and buy you nice things. But keep in mind that being spoiled isn’t all you get; being a trophy wife or a husband is a very serious job that has many responsibilities of its own. You see the thing is, when you marry someone, you marry their whole family, and as a trophy wife or husband you’re now responsible for all of them. Note that Drag Queens are often trophy wives as well, though this is not necessary.

How does one become a trophy wife or husband?

The job of the trophy wife or husband is the most common in wealthier areas of the world, and bigger families, so coming from a wealthy background is one of the most important things, if you want to get this job. Another thing to keep in mind is that you’ll become a “trophy” wife or husband, so physical appearance is very important as well.

But you won’t only be your spouse’s arm candy, you will be responsible for taking care of the whole family, so you’ll be expected to have many useful skills - you’ll be in charge of things like cooking, cleaning, repairing things around the house, managing finances and work as the right hand to the leader of the family, who may or may not be your spouse. Of course, as a husband or a wife, you shouldn’t neglect your bedroom skills either.

Most of the time, only one will be a trophy spouse, but in rare cases both people in the couple may be trophy spouses. One such example are Jure and Nina, but they also do have a pretty big family to take care of. In some cases of bigger families it’s also not unheard of to have two separate trophy spouses that are not married to each other, but are a part of the same family.

What does a trophy wife or a husband do?

Once you have proven your worth to your spouse, got married and joined their family, it’s time to start doing your job.

As mentioned, you will be in charge of taking care of the family and your home. You will be in charge of cooking, cleaning, at least minor repairs, keeping your house in perfect condition inside and out. It’s very likely you’ll also be in charge of the family’s finances, paying bills, keeping track of all of the incomes and expenses. Especially if your spouse is the leader of the family, you might even have to take on some responsibilities of leading the family. If everyone in your family is an adult then this won’t be too much of a problem, they should be able to take care of themselves, but if there are children involved you’ll have to help with raising them as well. As a good spouse it’s also your job to keep your own spouse happy, in daily life and in the bedroom.

But it’s not just doing these things, as a trophy wife or a husband you’re expected to excel at all of these tasks. Keep the house spotless, always treat your family ot the best dishes, bake your own bread, know how to fix most things around the house, make sure you always have enough food and other supplies in the house and buy more when needed, pay all of the bills on time, deal with everyone’s shitty drama so it doesn’t get serious enough for the leader to have to deal with it and of course, look perfect for your spouse at all times.

If there are children in your family surely their parents will take care of them, but be prepared to babysit, help out with homework and keep up with their school or hobby responsibilities. If you have kids of your own you will obviously be much more involved in their lives, but luckily other members of the family will likely help you out here.
