Thought Control Microphone
This is a device used by Agents and Secret Agency to control people’s thoughts and implant ideas into their mind. It’s used only rarely for situations where controlling one's thoughts or actions could be a matter of life and death. They also can and will use it for their own benefit, if needed.
Who made it?
The real mystery here is, who actually made this device. If you read any of the episodes featuring Agents and their Secret Agency, you’ll know that they are in no way capable of inventing such an advanced device. It can be assumed that the device has been commissioned from an anonymous person, who was probably very well paid to keep this whole thing a secret.
Version 1.0
This was the older version of the device, which required an agent to be near the person whose thoughts they wanted to control. It consisted of a microphone attached to something that vaguely resembles a satellite dish. This dish was directed to a person you wanted to talk to, and by speaking through the microphone, the message would be sent to the person. With the way the device was designed, only the person who you pointed the dish at would be able to hear you.
This was notably used in MiB 11, where the agent was trying to influence Peter to deliver a peep hole.
Version 2.0
After years of research and improvements, the agents obtained a device even better than the first one. With this one, you don’t need to be in the same room as the person to whom you’re delivering a message, you could relay the message to anyone, anywhere in the world. With the elaborate surveillance system the agents have established throughout the world, they are able to see, hear and even send messages to anyone, no matter where they are. Because of this, this new version of the device is even more powerful and effective.
It was notably used in pt.65, when the agents were trying it out on Cereal Killer, trying to deter him from murder. It seemed to work perfectly, so they continue to use it.
