The Plug

Digital Simulation

As we know, our world is currently existing as a digital simulation. It’s running within a White Room, and all of the data of our world is saved in digital form in a variety of formats, on a variety of platforms. The massive amount of data stored in many forms provides some security to our reality - it’s highly unlikely for all of it to disappear at once. Still though, it could happen. Because our reality is a digital simulation, there is a very real potential for it to just get shut down one day and disappear as if it never existed. The one thing that is actually keeping our reality alive, is a plug, very similar to an electric plug.

The Plug

The plug is not just your average electric plug. It’s pretty big, about 1 meter in diameter, connected to a cable leading to the very White Room our world exists in. It provides the White Room with the energy it needs to keep constantly running, and if that ran out then - well I don’t need to tell you what would happen D:

We do trust that Glitter God and Satan are aware of this risk, and make sure that our reality never runs out of energy. Wherever it is coming from.

Location

To the people living in our world, the exact location of the plug is unknown. Because it’s used to power our reality as a whole it’s presumed that it’s located somewhere outside of out world and our reality, in a dimension only Glitter God and Satan can access.

However, you always have “those people”. You know, the ones who like to believe that the plug is actually located somewhere within our world and it could be found if we just looked hard enough. There is no actual proof of this, and in any case the plug would probably still be very well hidden and protected so not just any dunce could waltz in and unplug our reality by accident.

Considering all this we can be fairly certain that the plug is not located in our world, so don’t go look for it. No seriously, don’t.

But-

Yes, yes, there have been a few instances where and there of the plug being depicted in media, but that’s not the real plug so leave it alone. In these depictions the plug is usually shown to be hidden in a Glitter Temple, but not very well protected and easily accessible. It’s probably stuff like this that gives people hope that they could very well one day find the plug and see it for themselves.

But a powerful thing like this would never actually be that easily accessible to the general public, so forget about it. No seriously, leave it alone, let it be, what would you wanna do with it anyway? Get outta here, it’s not in our world, forget about it, move on.
