The War Table

37th-39th of Spirende 22nd year of the Second Era
As Echo stepped back onto Serenity Meara noticed her skin had turned blue and the temperature in the ship dropped. Meara asked her if something was wrong but Echo claimed she was just processing the prison break.
Upon their return to Anexa, they were called to a meeting in the secret chambers beneath Fort Anexa. King Rupert Wasser announced that there was still one more undertaking to be completed before the secession from the Earrenian Empire was complete, but since The Regulators had given up so much time and effort, they needed time to take care of their own business. They also had several of orginizations at their disposal; The Nightshifters, The Holy Regulators and the Vampires under Silas.
They first arranged for Ethed and The Holy Regulators to find the ancient city state mentioned in Love like a rock and retrieve the Stone Crown. They then asked Sebastian Braun and The Nightshifters to find the old Dwarven city near Medno to find clues about where Dalomdarlug Treasurejaw may have gone with Ovelia's Shade. Meara also requested that they look into whether her birth parents were still alive.
Finally, Silas was asked to send operatives into the Realm of the Dead to meet with a contact suggested by the Solis Templars.

Visions Confirmed

Malcolm decided to before they left for the Kartonok that he should look of some information on Klizmir the Undying. Unfortunately, he got lost in the Archives of Udal and didn't learn much. Echo however had slightly more luck in her search for information about her visions. THough she found mortal writing on Fae Realm topics largely unreliable, she found reference to an evil monarch that caused terror in the Fae Realm, somehow killing the imortal beings there and absorbing their souls. Her reign ended 125 years ago, roughly the time Echo was born, and an ilustration of this "queen" looked just like Echo herself. She ran out of the archive and met with Meara in a local park. Echo told Meara about the visions and what she had found in the archive. Meara calmed her down and suggested they include Malcome in the discussion. Whne he arrived they discussed the visions Alaric had that lead him to selling his soul to Orcus. (see: Session 16/17: Letzte Brücke ) They assured Echo that they would help her find the meaning of the visons and fight against any influence "The Queen" tried to exert over. 

Trail of Fear

47th of Spirende 22nd year of the Second Era
By the time Serenity approached Nuurmivik Kaylee was able to idenity the strange magical object that had been recovered from the prison. It was an amulet likely originally belonging to a cleric or knight loyal to some lesser known evil deity. The Regulators decided to leave it in the Wizard's Door and have Lord Ozin Lorimer get it into the hands of The Serapis. 
They headed into town where they met a local named Sesi. They asked her about the strange nature of the town, the man made lake, the houses that seemed to belong to foreign locals, and how empty the streets were in relation to its size. Sesi explained that many years before the treaty that established the Quorum of Acreomond, a wizrd found their village, created the dam and turned the location into a summer home destination for forign nobels. Many of the homes there still belong to those families but the people of Kartonok regained soverign control over the village and the natural beauty of the place wont be further destroyed by expansion. Sesi helped them find good shops for needed supplies and told them about the "Trail of Fear." Its an ancient funeral procession trail that some Leviathan tribes use as a test of bravery. The end of the trail is the tomb known as Kuningröf, which is belived to be haunted. 
After leaving town, The Regulators followed the river south into the mountains and eventually came upon the begining of the procession trail, an ancient stone floor in the forest with large slab and an offering bowl. They noticed sparkling coming from the bowl and Malcolm went to investigate. As he walked up to it, the tile gave out under him and he was nearly dropped into a 60 foot deep pit. Meara's silver tell began to vibrate, and they suddenly realized they were surround by small round creatures with masks and spears.
