Trouble on the river

The party charter a ship known as The Royal Dragonfly to take them from Canecrest to Heronshold. During their journey a dense fog begins to rise from the waters surface enveloping the ship. In the commotion, ninja from the Kawa Clan climb aboard and surround the party demanding them to hand over the cargo. When broached about what cargo you are supposed to be carrying they will converse before asking about the supposed shipment of gunpowder weapons that they were informed were supposed to be on board.
they might also get attacked by a swarm of quipper if they hop into the water by accident or on purpose for long enough XD
