Is the former capitol and still holds a major citadel and military headquarters. A large portion of this city is dedicated to the military supply training and upkeep. The Calvary and Navy claim this as the home of both organizations. The House of Commons is located here and also acts as a secondary location for the House of Lords in case of war or siege. The House of Lords is made up of noble families appointed by the monarch. The two houses run the logistical and military side of the country. While a King or Queen and a royal family sit on the throne they rule through the power of the Houses and control the court. The House of Commons is made up of elected common or non-noble citizens and the titles are not hereditary while the House of Lords title is. This city is largely farming and fishing location as well as the home to the naval forces.
