Stone Dam

Stone Dam – This large village developed with the construction of a small granite dam. The dam was built to help power a water wheel in turn powering several mills. A lumber mill and no less than three grain mills operate off of the single large wheel. Several gnomes reside here and are often working on the gears and cogs of the power system. A military outpost was built and it known as Ft Bear. While the dam has not blocked the small river itself it has created a body of water in a small valley just south of the river. The river ecology is not disturbed and a new small ecosystem was created and maintained by local druids. Fish, farms and the village are all supplied with water. POP approx. 200
