This is a huge dual city and more often than not would be mistaken as the capitol to outsiders. It takes up two sides of the river mouth protecting it with a navy of small ships that use a “kite sail” for power. Larger more traditional ships are used for transport of goods but are rare. The white wood masts and hulls always tell of the continent of origin.
