Lithian

Lithian or half elves are the salvation of elven culture. The elves have put into motion a plan to make sure their culture and bloodlines live on. With pure blood elf births so low and rare it was decided hundreds of years ago to breed with the human to make sure blood lines could live on. While half elves existed before the city of Lithia the Compass City was established to preserve the culture. The Island of the elves is highly secret and this city established on the coast of Ferrum at the mouth of the River Winding it is designed to let history, art, music and arcane knowledge pass on.
