al'amhiq Najatan

A small sheep like animal. This mammal has adapted to underground or subterranean life because of the intense heat of the surface. Thousands of years living in caves the wool has become much lighter . The eyes adapted to see in low or little light. It was much later they adapted the echo location, first by clicking and grinding the teeth or tapping the hoof on the ground. A set of molars evolved to make a sharp click sound. The ears became smaller and stood up to hear better. This "albino sheep" as the translation goes is domesticated in Arabica. The albino sheep feed mostly on dungeon wheat, moss and lichen. They favor the glowing lichen over all. The arabican people cultivate the moss and lichen in large underground fields of constructed underground fields. The sheep are harvested for wool, milk and meat. Nearly all parts of the sheep are used in some way. The bones are used to either fertilize fields or make broth, the skins are used to make many products and the light wool makes all manner of clothing and fabric.
