The Hacari Swarm
Lurking underground embracing the power of decay the swarm bides its time
Structure
The Queen
The Swarm is run by a queen the way a hive is. The queen is in charge of decision making and those decisions ripple out throught the guild. The queen does have a council of high chancellors who aid her decision making.High Chancellor
Prerequisite Renown 50 or higher with the guildThe Queen seeks out the most skilled, proficient, and loyal guild members to serve as high chancellors. The council does not have a set number of free seats, if the queen wants you in her council you will be in her council. The job of a high chancellor is to advise the queen in decision making and keep her informed, as well as relaying her instructions to the rest of the swarm.
Advisor
Prerequisite: Renown 10 or higher in the guildAlthough not a personal counselor to the queen, these advisors are respected within the guild and are often called on by High Chancellors to share their insights and to perform tasks. Advisors are respected enough that their words can be passed onto the queen fairly quickly.
Kohuru
Prerequisite Renown 10 or higher in the guildRespected members of the guild can choose to become members of the kohuru who serve as bodygaurds and assassins, they specialise in stealth and occasionally theft.
Fungal Favors
Prerequisite: Renown 10 or higher in the guildGuild members at this rank tend to have their names known by the queen. Members of this renown can call upon sentient fungus, deceased creatures infected with Hacari's spores, and spore druids for assistance with matters important to the guild.
Agent
Prerequisite: Renown 3 or higher in the guildAgents may not be personally known by the queen but their skills are recognised and appreciated. High Chancellors know agents can be trusted to perform more complex tasks for the guild that the general rabble couldn't.
Public Agenda
The Hacari Swarm vows to never waste anything, any guild member caught wasting anything will be executed and their bod will be put to better use. Those who have run into members of the swarm have only heard vague hints at their overall agenda. The guild seems intent on spreading undeath claiming it's to aid the ongoing resource crisis.
Assets
The swarm owns and controls the sewer systems of Ankord, and have even spread into Wisteria and Hemlock for the same purpose. Rumour has it there's ancient tunnel systems and ancient sewers of fallen empires that span across all of Ferocia and the swarm has monopolised them for themselves. Some claim there's entire cities below ground from former civilizations holding unknowable treasures.
The swarm is known to farm fungus and to have potent strains of many varities ranging from simply edible, to healing, to poison and hallucinogens, there's rumours they have zombie fungus. These fungus farms also end to be home to any creatures they farm, favouring insects and arachnids, and a few undead animals.

History
The swarm came about over a disagreement within The Blooming Conclave over the philosophy of undeath and the importance of rebirth in the nature cycle. Those that left over this disagreement banded together in solidarity and were called upon by Lady Decay herself.
