Farandorei Island (Far-an-door-ay)

Farandorei Island is surrounded on three sides by the Gulf of Sogmaugh with the Sky-Mirror sea to the east. The eastern coast of Farandorei Island is covered with brutal, 700-foot cliffs where Farandorei elves have constructed a fearsome fortification of anti-ship ballistas, siege stations, and a series of signal towers that stretch along the northern and southern coasts to alert the Tower of approaching ships. The western and northern edges of the island are covered by the Rosevein Wood. This mystical forest is home to a rarely-glimpsed sect of Elves who call themselves The Rosethorn. Rumors have swirled for decades that The Rosethorn are a band of elves cursed with undeath.
