Though quite small for a meccal, Eugenia has a wiry musculature.
Body Features
Due to her alopecia, which set in about twenty years ago, she is a very unusual-looking meccalid. Meccalids are rare enough, but hairless ones are nearly unheard of.

She has alopecia, which means she has zero body hair and cannot grow any (including eyebrows and eyelashes).
Apparel & Accessories
Eugenia prefers loose linen pants and tunics in whites or beiges, which draw tight at her mid-calf and mid-forearm giving her full range of motion. She wears simple wrappings on her torso and a loincloth beneath for modesty. She has a pierced nostril on her right side and an intricate white tattoo across her bald head which tells the story of her life in symbolic pictographs and a secret language she invented that is a combination of Tchaoik, Oumgean, and the dialect of Elvyyn spoken by the monks of her monastery.

Personal history
Eugenia was born in the Dwarven capital of Bol Badir, but her orcish moonfather was imprisioned there when she was very young for murder. Her sunmother, enraged at what she saw as a false conviction, fled with Eugenia to elven lands where they spent much of Eugenia's childhood. Eugenia's mother worked as a legal scholar (trying to prove her husband's innocence) and gradually earned the respect of her elven Songtheorist contemporaries, becoming a preeminent scholar and lecturer in the field. When her mother was killed under mysterious circumstances, Eugenia returned to Bol Badir and waited for her father's sentence to end.
The reunion was bittersweet, though, as Eugenia's father was either not the man her mother had always described or had been broken by his long years in prison. His violent temper and casual cruelty resulted in a savage beating and Eugenia was forced to make a choice between sending her father back to prison or refusing to testify (a crime in itself under dwarven law). She chose a third option, and fled.
Eugenia escaped north but found herself unprepared for life in the wilds. She was found half-dead by some members of a secretive monastery high in the Tolosau Peaks mountains and nursed back to health. She somewhat reluctantly joined the monks there and agreed to participate in their warrior training in exchange for education on survival skills. Eugenia found she was a quick study with the martial arts, but she struggled to accept the monastery's rather extremist political views and eventually she left when her clashes with the leadership over philosophical differences became unbearable.
She worked for a time as a wandering mercenary before finding herself in Grasmere where she met with a strange, ragtag group of like-minded ex-criminals and fugitives who formed a group to clandestinely help the downtrodden. They performed some impressive feats in the background of Grasmerean society for several years before the group disbanded, but she was among the few to remain in Grasmere, opening a meditation center and training dojo in the Cliffside District.
