Audoneus, or Audo (pronounced like "Otto"), is a ruthless crime lord operating out of Grasmere's Salt Slums. His stranglehold on the district is so complete the leadership of the city has recently closed off the district in a futile attempt to contain the spread of crime from spilling into neighboring districts.

As the sole direct heir of the Bekkai crime family's operations after his father's death in 2390, Audo's only survivng immediate family member is his mother. He has an extensive network of aunts, uncles, cousins, neices, and nephews whom he employs to lead most of his cels.

Audo internally feels he has little use for gods, but he does publically profess an admiration for Mug, the halfling diety of revels, and he's fond of invoking the names of Oump (halfling diety of sacrifice) and Wain (halfling diety of mercy) when doling out his brand of street justice or during negotiations.
