Ulsterknock

Ulsterknock is a small fishing village to the south west of Windspire in the Southern Core.
Ulsternock is also an accepted spelling, just not in Ulsterknock itself
The town is surrounded by some farm land, mainly with oxen and chicken and the local root vegetable, called a Pin.

Demographics

Mostly standard races (Elves, Dwarfs and Human kind), a lot of fishermen and a small number of merchants who just trade with passing caravans, general stores and the like

Government

The town is governed by a rotating head of the town, elected every two years.  Currently the seat is held by Grent Steepwater

Defences

The law of the town is managed by the local Warden, Zelthan Penril and her band of 5 guards of the town who rotate on and off duty in pairs.

• Local man Stein is from Ulsterknock but has gone missing outside of the region. The Missing Horses did not investigate further.
• The Missing Horses also met Lady Tillyanne of the The Kings Complement in Ulsterknock but last they heard, she was off to Windspire so is not listed as a character in the sidebar.
• Fenaral is deceased, but worked in Ulsterknock for the The Kings Complement and died in The Glowing Tankard in Ulsterknock after betraying the Kings Complement, so is thus listed as being in this location.
