The headmaster of the Ruby Coffers, overseeing the spending and investments of the guild. Most loans must be approved directly by him, and he often has a knack for knowing who to best loan to. He is ruthless and greedy, despite his open and friendly exterior. He will give the same smile as he shakes your hand opening or foreclosing your business. 
Some Say he has ties within the criminal underbelly of Garrow's Keep, but these rumors are hard to prove due to the muddled air about them.
