These 38 years mark a period in Neilhelm's history where the country of Neilhelm through a combination of military might, economic power, and political intrigue was able to expand to encompass the continent that they then named after their country. During this time each of the surrounding city-states and kingdoms slowly came to be ruled over by the Republic of Neilhelm and the Phoenix Council.
