Besvin

Besvin is a lovely village with rolling hills, orchards and manicured grounds. It is a center for learning and hosts three full colleges (The College of Agricultural Studies, The College of Harkenstone Engineering, The College of Geological Understanding and Processes) and the citizenry here tends towards being very well off. Although there is a "working class" most of them moved to Besvin for employment purposes.

Government

The Town is self-governing with a mayor and council that are elected every 3 years. The council members each represent districts in the town with a council member representing the colleges themselves.

Defences

Being a center for research into the Engineering and uses of Harkenstone, Besvin is heavily defended with a myriad of devices and forces trained in their use.

Assets

Being a center of learning and research, the town receives regular investment from the crown and many of their graduates go on to work leading crews in other towns or in the capital city of Dunwald.
