Carceri

Carceri, or Tartarus as it is known to some, is a plane located towards the top of the World Tree, one of th only two directly connected to Celestia. It is nearly devoid of anything, a vast empty space filled with planet sized prisons, used by Akamet himself to hold only the most dangerous beings that directly threaten the existence of the planes themselves.

Geography

Carceri is mostly open space, filled with a giant ring of red planet sized spheres, each connected with giant chains. There an uncountable number of these spheres.
