The Tavern

The barkeep, Half-Wit Harvis, runs this rough and ready joint because somebody had to and nobody could remember who it was that had the place built. The "clientele" are all sorts but all are hard-scrabble settlers that turn into hard-drinking settlers around sundown. It's not uncommon for some knucle-scrapping rowdiness to break out most nights, driving Harvis half-batty with impatience and worry (hence his nickname). Half-Wit Harvis has recently hired, reluctantly and against his better judgment, Calla as the tavern's bouncer to help him keep the more reckless patrons in check. He had few options.
