Paragon of justice

Saliel is a celestial paragon and a fallen angel. he was made a deva and sent to the material plane to learn a lesson but instead he decided he would take matters in his own hands and take the material plane to create a world that fights against the lower planes.
Saliel believes in the greater good extremely and he is willing to sacrifice a lot to do what he believes would better the multiverse. he does not care for the people on the material plane but he does believe that if steered in the right direction the material plane together can be usefull to the multiverse.
Saliel is calm and collected most of the time but he can lose his temper when people talk about things he really doesn't agree with and always lectures people on what he thinks is right.

Personal history

saliel has a interesting story once a celestial paragon warrior for all of the gods. he was granted a sword excalibur as a reward for being who he was. saliel wanted a safekeep on the sword so that only the righteous could wield the real power of the sword. over time however saliel saw how the material plane was left alone and sinned over and over. while the evil influences of the lower planes kept taking little parts of the material plane. when he was sent on mission to the material plane he started to make decision that ultimately killed the evil but also killed innocents in the process. the gods started warning saliel but as saliel only said to their face they were idle in doing nothing and that killing evil was more important the gods decided to teach saliel a lesson. the took away excalibur and locked it into a mortal on the material plane to show saliel what good the material plane could do, then they demoted saliel to a deva and also sent him down to the material plane to teach him a lesson of the worlds good. saliel however still only saw their evil, with city’s like bersail being crime ridden and wars that had no purpose but greed. he told the gods he understood their lesson that humanity was cruel and said they could give his power back but the gods did not respond. so saliel decided he would do it himself. he would take over at least a portion of the material plane and train them to do what is truly good to fight the evils of the multiverse instead of trivial wars that don’t matter. to fight demons and devils. but to do that there are a lot of other things he needs to do first. he needs people and to set up a network to use the network to gain back his power and gain a area of land under his control. so the sineathel was founded. they worked on finding the mind sculptor to get excalibur, gain power to eventually gain land and use excalibur to break the barrier of humatiel to get to the holy core and forcefully gain back his celestial paragon power. saliel choose porondar as the land he wanted to take as it was a lot of people and he could use erindan and their warmongering to weaken both countries to then take porondar and maybe erindan too.
when the mind sculptor was found the sineathel nearly got it. it however just sliped out of their fingers and was given away. the sineathel found it again held safe in lynoras. this time it was hard to get and they would have a lot of trouble to get it.
