Khara is the old and wise leader of the owls. and with that she is most likely the most influencial person in the aarackokra tribes. khara is wise, spoft and nice but, she is also a stern leader and all that nice can fall away if nececary. she is also a bit vengefull. and according to her the cast system should alsways stay in place.
khara worships seqehk and has also mastered her own brain. because of those 2 factors she is a powerfull knowledge cleric.

Personal history

Khara has had her enitre life planned out for her. she was born under the 2 previous leaders and was going to become a leader as well. from birth on she was taught that what is important is to keep up the cast system, worship seqehk and master your own mind. when she was 9 years old and she found out there was a owl who was teaching a parrot she instantly got furious and sent a eagle assasin after both the owl and parrot. the parrot however survived, killed the eagle and went into exile. that parrot was korakrakar and Khara still hold a great grudge against him. if even a small thing happens to have a reason to punish kora then she will.
she has a family and has 3 children. she became the new leader after her parents died and took over.
