The First Man-made Portal

After Fantenta's soul was stored into the Goddess Blades, a portal to New Earth was opened to keep one of the blades safe.

Despite winning the war, Fanenta's soul was weak from the battle, and her physical form could no longer support itself. I survive, she split her soul into five pieces and stored them in side her weapons.   The Church of Fanentous took the swords, but quickly realized that all four weapons in the wrong hands would be incredibly dangerous, thus it was decided that the swords would be separated among the four provinces of the Empire, Fanentous, Aurora Forest, Ghlitteren, and A'ramel Alshiu.   However the final blade was to be hidden away in the human dimension, to ensure that all five swords could never be completely reuinited. All the best mages of the Empire gathered around and performed a dangerous ritual, successfully opening up the first man-made portal to New Earth.
