Fortuitous Birth

Requirements- GM PERMISSION, Take instead of Culture and Guild, may not be taken otherwise (counts as two feats)
Your birth was foretold by the sages and wisewomen of your people.
Choose a single spell, with CL requirements no higher than 13 and a PP cost of 1 (no PP cost listed), which you may now cast as a Supernatural Ability.
You may use this ability, but only at your current CL power level, which means some spells would be completely useless at the lower levels (so choose wisely).
Once you've reached a CL that is no less than 2 below the CL requirements for the spell you've chosen, the spell gains one of the following metamagic for free each time you cast it (even if you don't have the Spell Modification feat) with no additional casting time or PP cost.
