Smiling Larry and The Scribe were two independent merchants custom crafted weapons and armor respectively. When the Commonwealth Minutemen put out a request for improved laser muskets and standard infantry armor The Scribe and Larry teamed up to found Patriot Manufacturing and upscale their production for military contracting.
