Commonwealth
Geography
The Commonwealth is a varied and vast area of Massachusetts composed of Boston and the surrounding areas. The borders of the region are primarily mountainous or hilly giving the region an advantage to any nation residing in the area against outside powers. The Commonwealth has five major geographic zones consisting of the sparsely forested to barren north, the blasted hilly forests of the east, the highly irradiated and barren glowing sea in the far southwest, the vast swamps, and marshes between Boston and Quincy in the south, and the densely urbanized and landscaped area of Boston, Cambridge in the center of the region up to the town of Lexington which has been dubbed "Urbis". This is all besides the vast coastline composing the entire eastern border.
