New Titan Capital Planet

After fleeing from the moon Titan during the purge of the Sol System, the Titians (as they called themselves) Colonized and made and renamed the planet New Titan.  It became the Capital planet of the Titian Empire that formed with the goal of reclaiming Earth, Mars, and Titan.  Most other colonize joined the Empire freely due to their military Superiority and the promise of reclaiming their ancient homes.  The main conflict that threatened the Empire during its early days was the Mega Corporations which were given some autonomy military-wise to help with trade.  That issue solved itself due to the Mega Corporation's own folly and hubris. 
New Titan was resource rich with metals and minerals that allowed them to rebuild the fleets and cities.  The Titian people were used to inhabiting a planet that is mainly for mining over farming.  Their food source was at first dependent on Agriculture class ships.  These ships are still used to supplement food with the food they get from one of the Agri moons and were established with the help of the Green Mage Society that was working on the Capsian moon of New Titan before the Titians arrived in the system.  There was some fertile land on New Titan but was not appropriate for crop growth.  The forest that grew in those lands provided much of the lumber, oxygen, and game that the first cities needed. 
New Titan's main city Prometheus was the hub for higher education, both military and academic.  It is also the seat of government of the Empire and where the Seat of the Emperor is at its center.  The Senate Advisory is located next to the building where the Seat of the Emperor is located and the opposite side is the Grand Library where the Librarian Advisory counsel resides, studies, and record history for the Emperor.
The majority of the industry was located in the other major city of New Titan.  Hephaestus.  Engineers, craftsmen, miners, and shipwrights flocked to this city to practice their professions during the early days of inhabiting the planet.  Many did leave for Prometheus for University or Academy but usually return right after, for work. After a couple of generations and once the Empire was established, the population spread out more, and eventually, guilds took over the educational needs. Making the city able to maintain being the hub of industry and technology.  The Miners Guild eventually established chapters in other cities and worlds and is the Empire's main source of metals thanks to the fall of the Millian Minerals Co. when the Mega Corporations fell.
