Winged Spirit Talents

The Winged Spirit Talent is a rare talent found amongst Sky Fairy / Dark Fairy hybrids who have the inherited Winged Animal Communication and Death / Decay Magic abilities.

These fairies can communicate with the spirits of deceased winged animals.

Rare Powers are only accessible once you reach Level 10 within the server. You can put that your fairy is aspiring for a rarer/uncommon trait in their doc, but they can not fully acquire it until you have reached that level out of character.
