Snowfall Talents

The Snowfall Talent is a rare talent that stems from the Ice Fairy inherited ability Snow Magic.
These fairies can create snowfall, or even more powerful snowstorms. They can guide the snow to fall anywhere they please, and can change its speed to create softer or heavier snowfall.
Hybrids born of an Ice and Sky Fairy can also achieve this power, utilizing the mixture of their elements to create clouds of snow. For Ice/Sky Hybrids, this would manifest as a common power, rather than rare.
