Hail Talents

The Hail Talent is a rare talent that stems from the Ice Fairy inherited ability Ice Magic.
These fairies, similar to their Snowfall Talent counterparts, can summon clouds of hail or hailstorms. They can also conjure hail from the palm of their hand, or control it as it falls from the sky.
Hybrids born of an Ice and Sky Fairy can also achieve this power, utilizing the mixture of their elements to create clouds of hail. For Ice/Sky Hybrids, this would manifest as a common power, rather than rare.
