Phoenix Friend Talents
The Phoenix Friend Talent is an uncommon talent found amongst Sky Fairy / Fire Fairy hybrids who have the inherited Winged Animal Communication and Fire Magic abilities.
These fairies can communicate with phoenixes, and are often the caretaker of one or multiple.
Uncommon Powers are only accessible once you reach Level 5 within the server. You can put that your fairy is aspiring for a rarer/uncommon trait in their doc, but they can not fully acquire it until you have reached that level out of character.
