Pharblex Spattergoo

Pharblex Spattergoo, a rare bullywug who has mastered shamanistic magic, leads the band of bullywugs serving the Cult of the Dragon at Castle Naerytar. His “religion” is a mishmash of confused tradition, borrowed mysticism, hallucinogenic intoxicants, and manufactured lore that serves more as a road to personal power for Pharblex than as a spiritual system for the bullywugs. Pharblex’s spellcasting holds his followers together, and that makes him useful to Rezmir.
